We all know how essential water is to our existence but many people refrain from drinking water before sleeping as they might have to wake up in middle of the night but here is the rationale behind it:
“A Cardiac doctor was asked why do we and other people urinate so much at night-time.
Answer from this cardiac doctor was gravity holds water in the lower part of your body when you are upright. When you lie down and the lower body (legs and other things) seeks level with the kidneys it is then that the kidneys remove the water because it is easier. This then ties in with the last statement!
You need your minimum water to help flush the toxins out of your body!”
Correct time to drink water..
Other important things to remember while drinking water.
- Don’t just gulp it down rather drink it slowly
- Don’t drink ice-cold water rather drink water kept at room temperature than ice-cold water as specially after a meal as water will convert all the oil to “sludge” which is difficult to digest.
- Use your cool sports bottle and keep sipping water while exercising and stay hydrated.
